Terms and conditions Trials:
Headset World is excited to offer a no obligation 30-day trial for the Smith Corona product line. In addition, we also provide
you with a prepaid return tag, to return any unwanted equipment. Trials
cannot be returned after 60 days and payment is expected. Please contact our sales department to trial our equipment.
Returns/Purchases: NO Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoicing. If you
wish to return equipment within 30 days, please contact us for instructions. All original materials must be included with
returns and they have to be received back in the same condition as they were sent out.
Exchange:
If within 20 days of purchase you are not happy with your purchase and would like to discuss an exchange, please contact us,
your satisfaction is very important to us.
Advance Replacement: Headset World Inc. will exchange
any equipment which is found to be received defective during the first 10 days of service. Contact us for details.
Repair: Please contact us at 888-888-9031 or via email at support@headsetworld.net if you have any items that are in need of repair. A form will be sent to you to include in with
the shipment. To expedite your repair please include a copy of the form in with your shipment. You will be
contacted by a company representative about any discrepancies in inventory and any out of warranty charges. This will give
you the opportunity to take advantage of our TRADE-UP or TRADE-IN programs to help you make the best cost effective decision
for you. New Warranty Repairs: Most Smith Corona products carry
a three-year repair warranty, most Plantronics carry a 2 year warranty. Please be advised that tampering with warranty codes
will void the warranty. For questions concerning warranty codes, please contact our office. Plantronics and GN Netcom when
purchased new are covered under the factory warranty and should be sent directly back to them for the first year or two depending
on the purchase. Abuse of the headset equipment is not covered under the warranty programs.
Refurbished
Warranty: All refurbished equipment purchased from Headset World Inc. carries a warranty from 3 to 12 months
depending on the equipment. Warranty information is available with all advertised equipment or by contacting the sales department
or customer service.
Terms: We accept the following credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. We also offer terms to customers who provide us with acceptable credit information. If you’re
interested in opening a credit account with us at 888-888-9031 and a credit application can be emailed or faxed to you.
